The most frustrating part of the experience was trying to find a good realtor as I am not from the area.  I asked my local agent, and he gave me the name of someone.  I saw a few homes with her, but I could tell that she as really only interested in someone who was looking at two or three million properties.  I e-mailed her twice and she never even answered my questions or had the courtesy to return an e-mail.

The best part was when I started looking on my own using real estate websites.  It was then that I asked a question and Diane thoughtfully answered it for me.  I knew I had found the person for me.  She did not even know me, however she took her time to answer my inquiry.  In addition, when I sent her long lists of properties I had view on the web, she candidly explained the pros and cons for each so that our time together was very productive.  That was truly the biggest help that she did provide to someone from out of town who has traveled a distance and wants each trip to be productive.

Honesty and personal assistance.  Diane always went the extra mile by expediting paperwork and dropping things off to the lawyer.  Also, she provided me with terrific recommendations as I knew no one in the area.  Huge help.
